a) To manage booking requests and provide accommodation services at CasaPerano;
b) To comply with obligations under applicable Italian laws, including the communication of guest details to the competent Police Authority (Questura) pursuant to Legislative Decree 23 May 2011, no 79 and related regulations;
c) To comply with administrative, accounting and tax obligations;
d) To respond to inquiries and provide customer assistance;
e) Subject to your express consent, to send promotional, advertising and commercial communications relating to CasaPerano, events, special offers and services, including through automated means (e.g., e-mail, SMS) and traditional means (e.g., telephone calls with operator).
The legal grounds for processing are:
- The performance of a contract to which you are a party (purposes a and d);
- Compliance with legal obligations (purposes b and c);
- Your explicit consent (purpose e);
- The legitimate interest of the Controller in managing and protecting its business and property.
The provision of Personal Data for purposes a), b) and c) is mandatory. Failure to provide such data may result in the impossibility of confirming or managing your stay at CasaPerano.
The provision of Personal Data for purpose e) is optional. Refusal to provide consent for marketing purposes will not affect your stay or the provision of services.
